Jersey. Through the efforts of our dedicated staff and a talented network of freelance
video journalists across the state, NJHotShots.com has become the leading
producer of New Jersey high school sports video content on the Internet.
Video
is changing the face of the Web and NJHotShots.com wants to be YOUR number
one destination for viewing New Jersey high school sporting events on the Web.
We've
come a long way since our beginnings as a photo only site, but we recognized a
while ago that the unbeatable combination of high quality video, emerging Internet
distribution platforms and ever-increasing broadband connection speeds would
eventually provide the backbone necessary to launch successful Internet TV
channels.
Well
that time is now, and this site is dedicated to the players, coaches,
cheerleaders, bands, drill teams, and everyone who attends games or follows New
Jersey High School athletics.
There
are some tremendous teams and athletic programs in New Jersey and we’re on a
mission to showcase as many of them as possible while
reshaping the way high school sports is covered in New Jersey.
And unlike some of the other HS sports sites on the web, this website
is and will remain a FREE content website. However, in order to keep it free we
have to rely upon advertisers and sponsors to cover our costs.
It's our hope that our video channels will serve as a source of news and entertainment while becoming a valuable tool in a high school athletes arsenal to gain exposure to college coaches and recruiters around the nation. From the recruiters we've talked to they all love the idea of being able to come to a single website to see great New Jersey athletic talent on display.
NJHotShots Network of Video
Journalists
NJHotShots works with seasoned videographers in all counties across the state
who capture game footage along with producing a highlight segment from covered games
each week. The filming of game highlights along with interviews of players' and
coaches' is handled by each correspondent and the edited product is uploaded to
NJHotShots for viewing.
We utilize our network to bring you the best games each week, but
unfortunately we can't get to them all. If you know of a big game coming up and
you want NJHotShots to be there, fill out our big game request form and we will
try to accommodate you.
Video Programs
in addition to supplying our own
video, NJHotShots utilizes the latest technology to bring you relevant
syndicated sports content from around the web. So in addition to our own great
content you'll see plenty of videos from YouTube and other video sharing
networks.
We also accept video content from our users, whether they're highlights or complete game footage. If your interested in sending us content you can upload your video here.
TRU Preps
NJHotShots has partnered with TRU
Preps (www.TRUpreps.com),
a section of MaxPreps.com to give high school athletes their own personal
profile page on the Internet for their sports achievements, stats, photos and
video highlights. Athletes will also be able to stay connected with their
teammates, coaches and friends through their personal page on the TRU Preps Web
site.
